Coconut Mushroom Stew
A sweet, creamy and slightly tangy coconut-flavored mushroom stew served over rice.

- 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 4 1/2 cups cold water
- Add pouch contents to a medium pot, along with water and mushrooms. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 20-22 minutes, stirring occasionally. Coconut milk lumps will dissolve naturally as you cook and stir.
