Creamy Corn Chowder

A creamy chowder that’s filled with chickpeas, corn, and the perfect blend of seasonings.

Serves: 4-6

  • medium pan
  • mixing spoons
  • Meal starter pouch
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 (15-oz) can garbanzo beans/chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10-oz) bag frozen corn
  1. In a medium pan, add pouch contents, garbanzo beans, corn, and cold water.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
