Creamy House Dressing

A creamy base, infused with flavorful herbs and spices, making this recipe an instant favorite, as both a dressing and dip.

Kitchen Tools
  • blender
  • small dressing container
  • Meal starter pouch
  • 1/2 package extra firm tofu
  • 2/3 cup water
  1. Place the tofu, water and pouch contents in a blender.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator to thicken.  
  4. Refrigerate for up to 5-7 days.

    I used 1/2 of a 16 oz package and was pretty thick just added a little more water to thin out a bit

    What size package? Silken shelf stable type? Or the larger refrigerated packages usually yield b/w 16 to 19 oz?
