Creole Rice and Beans
A delicious twist on a classic Creole Red Beans and Rice recipe.

- 1 (15-oz) can red beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
- In a medium pan, add pouch contents, red beans, crushed tomatoes, celery, and water. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. (The original package says 20-25 minutes, but 30 minutes works better, and this change will be made in our next packaging run.)
