Jambalaya

Ingredients
- Creole Rice & Beans meal starter pouch

2 ½ cups water
- 1 (15-oz) can red beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (28-oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen okra
- 1 cup mixed peppers and onions
Directions
- Add to a medium pot the pouch contents, along with the add-ins and mix well.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add more water for preferred consistency.
