Mexican Corn Chowder

A creamy soup infused with Mexican seasonings and loaded with black beans, tomatoes, and corn. It's mostly 'pour and go,' but tastes like it's been simmering for hours!

I made this Mexican corn chowder tonight. I already had all the ingredients in my pantry so I didn’t have to go shopping. It was so easy and it was delicious! Thanks!
