Thousand Island Dressing

This dressing is the perfect flavor combination of tomatoes, pickles, and mustard. It goes well on any sandwich or veggie burger. 

Prep time:  10 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Serves: 6-8

Kitchen Tools
  • blender
  • small bowl
  • rubber spatula
  • Creamy House Dressing meal starter pouch
  • 1/2 cake extra firm-tofu
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (no high fructose corn syrup)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sweet or dill relish


    1. To a blender, add the meal start pouch contents, tofu, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and water.  
    2. Place the dressing into a medium sized bowl and fold in the sweet or dill relish.  Refrigerate and store for up to 5 days.

      If you live near a Kroger, they now carry Kroger brand 50% less salt and sugar (in big letters on the front of the label… not regular Kroger brand). Ketchup always has sugar, but as a condiment with half the amount of sugar, each serving won’t have much sugar.
