Base Recipe for Cheese Pack

Prep time:  10 minutes

Cook time: 18-20 minutes

Serves: 4



      1. Pour the plant-based milk into a high-speed blender, then pour the contents of the Cheese Starter Pack into the milk and blend until smooth and creamy. (Be sure to blend the mixture for 30-45 seconds to create a smooth texture with no graininess.) 
      2. Transfer the cheese sauce to a medium-sized saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring continuously until bubbly and thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
