This plant-based mayonnaise is so rich and full of flavor that you'll never miss your old egg and oil-based mayo.

  • 1 Mayo Starter Pack
  • 7 ounces extra firm tofu, drained (about ½ of a cake)
  • ½-1 tablespoon of water (depending on the texture you desire)


      Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
