Our frozen vegan meals are designed to meet all of PlantPure Nation's requirements for a whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) diet. This means they are completely plant based, with no animal products whatsoever. They are also low in added salt and sweeteners and have no added oil. Each entree measures 6.75" x 8.75" x 1.75".
