Herb Ranch Dressing
A plant-based dressing that even a dairy-lover would love. It’s oil-free, creamy, and requires just a few simple ingredients! It’s the perfect dressing for salads, vegetables, and more.

Yields: 1 Cup
Ingredients
- 1 Mayo Starter Pack
- 7 ounces extra firm tofu (about ½ of a cake)
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon dried parsley
- ½ tablespoon dried dill
Directions
- Place the Mayo Starter Pack, tofu, milk, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add the dried parsley and dill and blend briefly. Store in the refrigerator and serve with salad and as a dip.
Hints
- Add more or less plant-based milk to create the consistency you prefer. Substitute fresh herbs for dried ones for a richer flavor.
